Simple to make but visually elegant, this chocolate mousse is the perfect addition to a night of festivities. A splash of brandy goes a long way, adding a sweet oaky flavor to the light-as-air dessert. With or without the gold sugar sprinkles, it's an eye-catcher! By: Foodness Gracious Ingredients 2 cups heavy cream, divided 1 cup chocolate chips 2 Pete and Gerry’s Organic Egg yolks 1 tablespoon brandy 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 tablespoon sugar Festive gold sugar sprinkles Nutritional Information Serv. Directions Step 1 In a saucepan, warm 1 cup of the cream on low heat until bubbles start to appear around the edges. Step 2 Add the chocolate chips and stir gently until the chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is well combined. Step 3 Add the egg yolks and brandy and stir well. Add the butter and continue stirring until the butter has melted and the mixture is well combined. Step 4 Transfer the chocolate mixture to small ramekins or glass jars. Leave about an inch of space at the top of each. Step 5 Place mousse in the fridge for an hour until set. Step 6 By hand or with an electric mixer, whisk the sugar and remaining 1 cup of cream until you achieve soft peaks. Happy to now have found yours also. Do you have A2 Milk. Love raw milk but it is illegal to sell it here in Las Vegas. A2 is the next best thing. There is only one stores here in Nevada that sell its. (Sprouts ). many times I go there and they are out of it. Sure would love to see you stock our shelves.
