Directions Step 1 In a shallow pie dish, whisk together eggs, milk, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Step 2 In a small bowl, combine chopped apple, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside. Step 3 Melt butter in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat.
