Directions Step 1 In a small bowl, use a whisk or fork to scramble eggs until yolks and whites are fully combined. Add yogurt and season with salt and pepper, then scramble again to combine. Step 2 Place butter in a nonstick skillet on low heat. Step 3 Once butter is melted but not sizzling, pour egg mixture into pan and use a rubber sptaula to stir constantly until eggs are scrambled to your desired consistency.
