Hi Steve! We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with poaching your eggs using some poaching cups. It may be that your heat could be too high. Typically you'll want to bring your water to a boil, then turn it to a simmer when adding the cups. You should only need an inch or two of water, but it does depend on the type of container you're using. Please let us know how it goes!

While all of the meals above contain our eggs or other animal products, I bet they would still be pretty tasty done with vegan substitutions.

We're sorry to hear you've been having difficulty finding eggs in your area, Sum. We're doing our very best to keep up with increasing demand while keeping our own workers and families safe during these difficult and uncertain times, but we know that empty shelves and delayed egg shipments will be inevitable in the long run. We promise to keep striving to get our eggs to your local stores, and we hope you and your loved ones remain healthy and safe in the meantime.
